OUR 2025 TARGETS:

  • Offer accessible options, adaptive styles, and extended sizes across our branded portfolio.
  • Train 100% of designers on inclusive and innovative design principles.
  • Represent BIPOC, LGBTQ+, diverse body types and abilities in all Steve Madden-owned and licensed brand advertising and communications.

PROGRESS:

  • In 2023 and 2024, Steve Madden Europe offered over 364 footwear styles with extended sizing.
  • In 2024, 33% of our designers followed workshops and trainings focusing on inclusive and innovative design principles.
  • Steve Madden Europe launched multiple marketing campaigns that amplified diverse creators and tastemakers, including Pride UK & Belgium, Milkshake Festival The Netherlands and celebrating International Women’s Day in UK with Ella Middleton during 2023. Next to this, we launched our OOH campaign with inclusive modeling, launched our Jingle Song with FEMME5, and organized Fred’s Glam Party to celebrate the new collection of Fred van Leer X Steve Madden in 2024.
